Community Involvement

Rockin’ Round The Block Car Show in historic downtown Gresham, Oregon. Proceeds from this event benefit the Mt. Hood Community College Automotive Scholarship Program. $175,000 has been donated in the last 19 years!

Sunriver Music Festival: Swings Fore Strings proceeds benefit the festival’s summer concert as well as the Young Artists Scholarship fund. Learn more on the Strings Fore Swings website

Salem Roadster Show: Precision has long been a proud sponsor of the Salem Roadster show. In February, 2017, the 11th annual Salem Roadster Show featured over 100, hand-selected cars on display. The show which is held at the Oregon State Fair Grounds, brings in over 5,000 visitors annually. See photo gallery below!

Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program (KDCCP) Golf Tournament: Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program (KDCCP) is a non-profit organization which raises money for advanced cancer treatment and research through activities and events run by volunteers. Every year Kiwanis helps raise $200,000 for the Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program and are proud to be a contributing factor in working towards the monumental $500 million match from Phil Knight for cancer research. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time. When you support KDCCP you are supporting advanced cancer treatment for children through the Fellowship Program at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

Doernbecher Freestyle: This remarkable program provides OHSU Doernbecher patients a unique opportunity to build a shoe that reflects their individual stories and personalities. For the eleventh year six patients partnered up with a Nike designer and developer to design a unique shoe. The proceeds directly benefit the hospital that helped save their lives, funding everything from clinical programs, purchasing state-of-the-art equipment, to providing care for uninsured children.

Lake Oswego Chamber Classic Golf Tournament: The Lake Oswego Chamber Classic Golf Tournament benefits Friends of the Children. Creating generational change, one child at a time, Friends of the Children Portland’s mission is to provide our most vulnerable children a nurturing and sustained relationship with a professional mentor who teaches positive values and has attainable expectations for each child to become a healthy, productive member of the community.

Bank of Cascades Bend Summer Festival: A favorite amongst Bend dwellers, this festival features over 150 fine artists and craftspeople; gourmet artisans from the Pacific Northwest; hours of entertainment on the Family Fun Street; and 3 stages of some of the best regional and national blues, rock and jazz.

Central Oregon Veterans Outreach (COVO): COVO is a registered non-profit which 100% of net proceeds goes to serve, assist, and create support for the veterans of Central Oregon. A majority of their support comes from the kindness and generosity of the community as well as events like this that help support our Veterans. As a champion for Veterans of all generations in Central Oregon, COVO’s main focus has been on getting homeless, or at-risk Veterans, off the streets, finding them jobs, assisting them with their VA pensions/compensation and removing barriers that put them in the position of being homeless.

Healthy Beginnings: Nearly half of the children in Central Oregon enter kindergarten with unidentified developmental concerns or health conditions that impede their ability to learn and succeed. That’s why Precision is proud to help raise both money and awareness to support outreach, educational information for parents and free, comprehensive health and developmental screenings for children 0 to 5 years of age. Saving Grace: Chicks with Picks annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the event go to support Saving Grace, a local non-profit that has been providing support to survivors of domestic violence since 1977. Toys For Tots annual holiday toy drive in Bend.

Beaverton Chamber of Commerce Annual Golf Scramble: The non-profit Chamber supports the continued growth and prosperity of local businesses like Precision and relies heavily on the proceeds from this exciting annual event.
